A report which contains employees as rows. Total hrs available, total hrs on billed tasks, total hrs on non-billable tasks, total hrs on adhoc works as columns. Then additional columns computing the Effective utilization % i.e. Total hrs on billed tasks/ total available hrs. it may also include additional columns to include total cost of employee during the period, total revenue generated during the period etc.
